The Guv came onto the stage asserting his huge presence whilst pouring the ale. Take heed from my advice now, if you don't want to interact with the king of beer don't sit near the front. We did, and there was no escape, however it did add to the experience.

Al's unique blend of facial expressions, and brilliant stories and jokes, along with a strong character make this show better than a pub ploughman's. There are not enough good words to say about this show, it is truly and utterly brilliant. No comic has made me laugh so much, I was in tears, agony and uncontrollable as I howled through Al's riotous 2 hour long show. The fast paced wit and great memory all make up to this one of a kind feast of fun.

His show was a little risqué, but aren't all comedies? He tackled the French, Germans...well everyone country which isn't England! He was rude to the audience, but admired by them. He chooses his favorites and interacts with them throughout the show, managing to make any of his stories link up with those "lucky few", which is a dexterity on its own. You can tell his mind is always working, trying to think of something humorous to say, and it always delivers the goods.
You can expect all the Normal pub topics: the French, politics, men and women, human nature, dogs, the French, physics, names, toilets, God, honest toil, the nature of genius, evolution, why putting a man on the moon is a waste of time and effort, kids, the French, crisps, nuts and quality lager.

This must be London's Top Comedy Event, to miss it would be like missing you visit to the local pub. The kind of Beer is back in the building so make sure you join him on his limited run. You can see why he has won and been nominated for so many awards. Al Murray brings taking the micky into a new comedic art form.

A promise that you will not have laughed so much in all your life!
