@t Bristol, is the new multi-million pound science, nature, and fun center for Bristol!

It houses the West's Largest Cinema Screen! A great fun Hands On Science Center, and an informative look at the world and nature around us.

It  does really provide a great day out for all the family, however it comes at a price. The Imax and Explore areas shouldn't be missed, however Wildscreen is a bit of a let down.

Explore is the center piece I feel of the @t Bristol complex. It's basically a Hands On Science Center, with the focus on fun, whilst learning.

The exhibits are put into four different sections, Move It, Your Amazing Brain, Curiosity Zone and Get Connected. They are all very well laid out, and extremely enjoyable.

The whole of Explore I felt was very similar to the Dome, with the exhibitions and exhibits, but it had more of a sense of fun and adventure to it.

Each of the zones focus on main issue, whilst you play away! In Your Amazing Brain I had plenty of fun playing with the machines which show you show you react to pictures, and the smell o vision films! Move It was fascinating, and the kids all loved the water features! That is one of the great aspects of Explore, it really is something for everyone. The adults can act child like, or just watch, while the kids have great fun, and even learn a thing or two!

The Curiosity Zone, was really appealing with its tornadoes and real scientific experiments brought to life! No boring science lab here, it was all there for you to enjoy and play with. The virtual volleyball was great fun! Standing against a blue screen, looking at the TV and hitting a virtual volleyball, was extraordinary, for those watching, and those playing.

The whole Explore complex, was the best by far. There really was something for everyone, and I couldn't see myself being board in the slightest. If you do decided to go to the @t Bristol Complex, make sure you do Explore.

Astounding, Brilliant, They have managed to do the impossible, fun whilst learning.

Wildscreen is the first of its kind in the world and offers a new balanced perspective on the natural world. It is to do with Nature, including animals, plants and all the other things that surround us in this World.

The layout is excellent, it is house in the same building as the Imax, and it really doesn't seem like it, Wildscreen is very spacious.

Unfortunately it is far to museum like, which is what some adults would prefer, but for children it can get a bit tedious. The sections are like Explore and zoned all, but broken down by a walk through botanical house, to say it is humid in there is an understatement! It is home to lots of free flying animals, along with some amazing plants, you can see parts of it from the outside, but once you are in, it is magnificent.

The other areas I feel are a let down though, far to informative, rather than interesting, and enjoyable.

Wildscreen is great for adults and especially the more mature citizen, but for those younger, it just doesn't fit the bill. It's price is also a bit steep, and if you want to see an Imax film as well, then it might get costly, I would advise to visit Explore if you have younger children.

Informative, but no fun.

The Imax Theatre is great, @t Bristol have made a wise move installing, what is the biggest screen in the west!

If you have never seen an Imax film then you are missing out on a rare treat! The screen is 21 meters wide and 15 meters tall and it is this sheer size and sound system which makes the Imax experience so unique. The Imax Theatre in @t Bristol, is exquisite, the seats are comfy, the screen is, well huge to say the least, and the selection of films is great!

The Imax itself, as an experience is to great for words!
